HDR vs. Flambient Photography

HDR Photography combines multiple exposures to preserve detail in both bright windows and darker interior areas. It is an efficient option for MLS real estate photography and provides bright, balanced coverage of the property.

Flambient Photography combines ambient light with flash photography. This technique provides more accurate colors, cleaner whites, better control of mixed lighting, and a more polished dimensional look.

Flambient photography requires additional time both on location and in post-production, making it especially suitable for luxury real estate, designer interiors, and properties that require a higher level of finish.

Please have the property photo-ready before the scheduled appointment.

Clear countertops and remove unnecessary personal items.

Make beds and straighten linens.

Open blinds and curtains where appropriate.

Replace burned-out bulbs and keep light temperatures consistent.

Clean windows, mirrors, and major reflective surfaces.

Remove vehicles from key exterior areas when possible.

Complete cleaning, landscaping, and repairs before the shoot.

The scheduled photography time is reserved for photography. Significant cleaning, moving, or staging may require additional time or rescheduling.
