Aerial photography and video provide context that ground-level photography cannot — from the scale and location of a commercial property to surrounding infrastructure, landscape, access, and proximity to key destinations.
OOH provides aerial imagery for commercial real estate, hotels and vacation properties, retail and business locations, construction and development projects, venues, and marketing campaigns. Drone photography can be delivered as finished images or incorporated into a larger photography and video project.
Drone projects are quoted based on location, required coverage, flight conditions, and intended usage.
FAA Part 107 Certified Drone Pilot
All commercial drone operations are performed by an FAA Part 107 certified Remote Pilot in accordance with applicable FAA regulations and airspace requirements.
Every location is evaluated for airspace restrictions, weather, site conditions, property access, and operational safety before flight. Authorization may be required in controlled airspace, and some locations may not permit drone operations.
Safety and regulatory compliance always take priority over obtaining a specific shot.
Drone Flight Policy
Drone photography may be included within selected packages at a bundled rate.
All drone operations are conducted in compliance with FAA Part 107 regulations and applicable airspace, weather, and safety requirements.
Drone flights may be restricted or prohibited due to:Airspace limitations, Temporary flight restrictions (TFRs), Weather conditions, Safety concerns, Property, HOA, or location-specific restrictionsIf drone photography cannot be performed due to legal, safety, or environmental limitations, the package price remains unchanged. Drone services included in bundled packages are discounted and are not itemized as standalone services.
The inability to perform drone operations does not constitute a breach of contract.Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary property access permissions, HOA approvals, or special authorizations unless otherwise agreed in writing.
